Below is information on how the process works to get started with StridedSolutions as your event pre-entry form and payment partner. For current pricing, please contact us!
Once setup, event producers can collect payment directly from their StridedSolutions event form into their Stripe account. Connected transaction-id’s that link each entry to successful payment with entry details for simplified organization.
Producer Payment Setup
- Create your stripe account.
- Add StridedSolutions@outlook.com as a ‘Developer’ on your Stripe account.
- Share your event showbill w/ StridedSolutions.
- Along with any criteria such as limiting quantities available and additional information needed to be collected.
StridedSolutions Form Build
- We’ll use the event showbill to build your form!
- Once built, we’ll share the draft form for your review and make any needed updates.
- Once form is finished, we’ll attach your Stripe payment feed, which will process the payments into your account directly.
- Lastly, on the dates of your choosing, your form will be live on our website!
Managing your Collect Entry Fees in Stripe
- Entry payments will land in the Producers Stripe account immediately as payment is processed.
- Stripe, has options for connecting bank accounts and Automatic Payouts which we highly suggest configuring based on your needs as an event producer.
