Payment Options

Our entry forms use Stripe to process payments. Based on the event producer and payment type, fees may vary.

As a legally operating business, we utilize online credit card processing services to facilitate secure and convenient payment options for our customers. These services are subject to standard processing fees, which are a normal and lawful part of conducting transactions online. These fees are imposed by credit card networks and payment processors, and they ensure the secure handling of sensitive financial information, fraud protection, and timely fund transfers. By accepting online payments, we comply with industry regulations and maintain transparency in our billing practices.

Paying with a credit card. Using our standard form checkout with credit card payment is typically around a 3% fee.

Paying with Direct Bank ACH. This is a little more complicated but limits processing fee to around $5-7 dollars max so it is ideal if you are completing large dollar entries. Not all entry forms support the Direct Bank ACH payment option.

To use ACH direct, first make sure you select the correct payment option on the form:

Then, on the payment, select US Bank account:

After selecting this, you’ll be prompted to login to your bank. This will let the event producers stripe account collect payment directly from your bank, limiting processing fees.

If you are not able to connect to your bank account through this method, you will need to go back a select credit card as your payment option to complete the payment and submit your entry.
